It caters for Little Athletics: Tots (3 & 4 year olds) and the Little Athletics NSW age groups from u/6s to u/17s. We also cover Senior Athletes from 17s right through to Masters age groups  & AWD athletes.

The club was formed  in 2008 through the amalgamation of two Athletics clubs that were based out of the Hunter Sports Centre facility (Macquarie Shores and Hunter Track & Field)

Our club focuses on the full spectrum of abilities and interests from AWD Athletes, Social athletes, Club competitors, Amateur representatives through to Professional Athletes.

What we do

We will be running graded events (for U/13’s +)  in addition to the normal Little A’s age events on our Friday night carnivals and senior athletes will also be welcome to join our u/17’s programmed events.

FREE “On-Track” training access is available for non- Seniors during the athletics season on Wednesday’s starting at 5:30pm and finishing at 7:30pm. Coaching assistance will be provided when available.

Friday Night carnivals will have 4 events for the younger groups and 5+ for the older age groups (U/8 +).

We hope to make this year a memorable one for the club both on and off the track, keeping the philosophy of “Bringing Out The Best In All Athletes” and incorporating the committee’s vision of “Making Athletics a Fun Social Event for the Whole Family”.

To all our athletes and parents, we wish you a very happy, healthy and fun athletics season that will hopefully bring out the best in you and we encourage all to embrace the sportsmanship and friendship the club has to offer this season.

Have a great 2020-2021 season!
