Training Nights

 

Training nights are held on Wednesdays. Regular nights are geared towards the Little Athletics age groups (U6s to U12s) and beginner athletes, however, all club members are welcome to attend.

Numbers are limited and athletes will need to book in for the training session each week.

 

Special coaching sessions that cater to intermediate and advanced-level athletes will be held regularly during the season.
