To run our BBQ : Sausage sizzle and Onion only, we need one other to volunteer, if you can help please see our facebook page to answer the call, otherwise we will have to skip it. We also need one more volunteer to help packup.
This will be the last night for free trials and is for new members only- Please sign on the trialist form on the Notice board in front of the Meet management room.
REGISTRATION: Is online ONLY. Registration packs will be available each Firday night for those registered prior to Friday 12.00pm.Register at www.lansw.com.au . Note: your name may not appear on the result sheets if registered after Wednesday. Results will be updated once registrations are uploaded to our results systems.

TRAINING ACCESS: The Centre is available for Free access for Little As up to u17s most Wednesday Nights 530 -730pm . Frist Night Wed 18th Sep. Must have Training card to show on entry!
SENIORS have access to purchase heavily discounted card (20 Visits valid at any time for $80, 30 Visits for $120) via our club.
Senior/Open/Masters Athletes: Welcome to join in with the normal u/17s program on the carnival nights, graded open events for u13s – Opens & Masters (seperate from normal carnival events).
